These days I think it is important that we are all socially aware. I am keen to play my part in a greener more ethical future, Where possible I recycle my packaging, only print what is necessary and use products which come from ethical companies. OK, so at the moment they are only small steps but we all have to start somewhere... ...and here are a few ways in which you can play your part (and look fabulous at the same time) - RESULT!! 1. Back to M.A.C - by returning 6 primary packaging containers to a M.A.C counter you will get a free M.A.C Lipstick of your choice (excluding Viva Glam), M.A.C then, wherever possible, forward the packaging onto waste management centres. Good for the environment, great for you! 2. Viva Glam Lipsticks / Lipglass - purchase any of the Viva Glam lipsticks from M.A.C and the FULL £12.50 (minus tax) goes to the M.A.C aids fund which supports men, women and children affected with HIV and AIDS. Check out the latest Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper fabulous colours here. 3. Botanics Face Wipes - now some people aren't keen on face wipes but I really believe they have their uses and if you are a fan like me, then you can do the planet a massive favour by trying to use biodegradable ones like Botanics Sensitive and Quick Fix Wipes. This is something I am passionate about and as I continue my research I will add to this page. Watch this space... |
